For the past 25 years I have stood on the front line as a veterinarian, meeting countless lives. Every time I saw the eyes of animals enduring pain without words, and the hearts of guardians in tears, a deep compassion and longing rose within me.

AGEN's journey began from that deep reflection and love for life. To go beyond treating a single illness and make the whole daily life of so many animals healthier and happier, I added a new possibility — technology — to the veterinarian's gown.

AGEN combines 25 years of accumulated clinical experience and precise data with artificial intelligence and advanced technology to build smart devices for companion animals. What we build does not aim for mere convenience; it is a ‘technology of empathy’ that helps deepen the emotional Human-Animal Bond with guardians.

As an engineer who has spent many years in the field of AI, I joined this journey because I deeply resonate with the social value that AGEN and our CEO hold. I believe that for technology to carry real meaning, it must make someone's life genuinely better.

Companion animals cannot speak. The anxiety they feel, the dangers they face, and their affection toward their guardians can only be understood through observation and care. We believe AI and modern technology can make a real difference precisely here — closing the communication gap that exists between people and their companion animals, and building a world where the two can understand each other more deeply. That is the goal I am pursuing at AGEN.
